Samantha, “Sam”, graduated from Millersville University with a Business Management degree. She has 20 years of experience in the service industry, with 15 years of experience in retail management. In her role as a Personal Lines Agent, Sam uses her skills to analyze the needs of our clients and recommend the best coverage for their specific needs. Upon joining the Upside, Sam has obtained her Property & Casualty license and her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.

In her free time, Sam loves spending time with her 5-year-old daughter, Cami. She also enjoys going on new adventures, reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
